There is nothing better then 1 hour walk or jogging or you can exercise one hour on the treadmill and afterward 15 to 20 minutes power training with weighs. When you have done these exercises then you step into the Jacuzzi or swim a few rounds and I tell you that you will feel like rejuvenated even after a hard business day.
Can I tell you a secret? If you never went to the Capitol City of Missouri I highly recommend it. You can travel any time of the year. Certainly the summer season is a lot better then the winter season. Especial when you hate the cold climate as much as I do. But even if you hate the cold climate you still can enjoy this beautiful City. And the best I have seen is the Hotel Double Tree a proud member of the Hilton Family of Hotels.
I mean it that the Hilton Family of Hotels can be proud of that Hotel. The service is excellent; the people are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is worried about your health and body and has therefore a good equipped fitness center. Few hotels have this type of equipment and the space available.
But that’s not all if you like to relax after your exercises or just relax after a hard work day just spend a few minutes in the hotels’ Jacuzzi or swimming pool and you’ll feel like rejuvenated.
After losing many calories how about sitting with your spouse or friend at the penthouse restaurant and enjoy the beautiful night view of the Capitol of Jefferson City.
If you like to dine light what about a lightly breaded calamari flash fried and served on a bed of spinach with a spicy remoulade sauce and accompanied with a glass of delicious South African red wine. This is live living at best. A compliment to the Chef for the delicious dinner.
The hotel let you forget your hard labor day or whatever business you are in. Or if you travel for pleasure you’ll like to walk to the downtown area and enjoy that beautiful City. You’ll find all type of Restaurants for every taste you might have. Take your next vacation or weekend getaway and visit this beautiful City and Capitol of Missouri.
Talk to you soon
